David "Sammy" Sampson was born and raised in the dairy heartland of central Wisconsin. As a boy he has fond memories of stopping in for lunch at a small rural cheese factory while riding along on his father's rural mail delivery route. There they would sample curds straight from the large vats while they were still warm and squeaky. During his time in the Midwest David enjoyed fresh deep fried cheese curds at restaurants and events in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
After moving to Colorado and disappointed by the lack of quality fresh cheese curd offerings he decided to share this delicious cheese snack here by opening his own food vending business.
